I am often asked about resources for the adults in the family so they can support the elementary school student with this "new math." Well, math is math, however it does not look like the math we learned in school. Contacting your child's teacher is a great first step in getting information. Teachers are more than willing to help you understand the math so you can support your child. I have gathered some resources that may assist you if you need a little more support.
